I cannot say enough how impressed I am with Amanda. She handled the pressure and stress of dealing with an impossible customer, myself, with calm confidence that is rarely seen. I can be the worst customer you want to see the kind everyone wishes would just go away. but this review is not about how bad I can be, it is about how Amanda handled it. Never once did she blink show stress, step out of line or let me get to her no matter how hard I tried. She was on the phone she was handling other customers she was dealing with me. thru all of it she showed calm professionalism and a pleasant attitude. I knew that what I was demanding was possible the tech support people she was dealing with said it wasn't. In the end it was possible and I did get what I wanted. Not because she back down but because text support finally realized it could happen. Amanda never once blamed me or the tech department she calmly said your account is set your phone is ready everything should be working properly. And it was! Thank you Amanda. I hope your coworkers and supervisors realize what a valued employee you are! Give yourself a pay raise and take an extra day off!
