Forget the buffets...come here for breakfast!! I can't say enough good things about this restaurant.
The decor is classic French bistro with tiled floors, dark wooden bar, floor to ceiling windows which flood the restaurant in natural light. A bit of a rarity in Vegas.
Ate here on a Monday morning and were seated immediately. Our waiter, whose name has unfortunately escaped me, was fantastic. Attentive without hovering.
Soft rolls with butter were promptly brought to our table with the freshly squeezed OJ and coffee. Both drinks were amazing. We ordered the omelette of the day (asparagus and ham) and the eggs Benedict. Both served with side salad. The eggs Benedict was even better than I expected. Crunchy toast as the base, flavorful smoked ham, a perfect poached egg and dreamy hollandaise on top.
Was totally sated at the end of this meal. Bonus: they offered takeout coffees as we left. Nice touch!
