  • Poorest customer service I've ever encountered. Went in with a small issue with my Apple calendar they wiped my Mac clean and wouldn't help with setting it back up with email, apps etc! Bernard was the rudest and acted as if they couldn't do anything. Definitely won't be going here to this location ever again. Pathetic considering the cost of the Apple products today!
