  • BAD! I asked for LONG BOB and ended up with some short short layered "BOB". I don't understand why some stylist feel they have to layer women's hair on every cut. I've had this cut for years and past Tech would cut LONG layers hardly noticeable. I walk in and ask for a cut, If they are 15-20 minutes from closing then just ask me to come back some other day. Instead lady sits me down and by the time she was half way through she told me she had to hurry because they closed at 6pm and it was 6:05! Before that the other techs that were there were rushing to leave they went over to main breaker and turned all the lights off so gal doing my hair had to holler at them to turn them back on. She made a sarcastic comments when I replied how many children I have which I did not appreciate. Very unprofessional, these ladies need to remember that if it weren't for their customers they wouldn't have a job!
