  • Not pleased with the communication of certain people in the office. We had to chase someone around to resign the lease. Finally got a hold of someone but it was not the original person who we signed the lease with, yet Im still getting email from that person that I have to complete a section of the lease that we signed over a month ago. I don't get it. Maybe they have too many properties or not enough staff to handle the work load? The home we rent is in livable condition but needs a lot of work.
