  • DON'T BUY SHOES FROM DSW. Have had nothing but good things to say about this DSW shoe store at Chandler Village in Chandler Arizona until now. I had bought a pair of Deer Stag Black Men's Oxfords dress shoes. After just 5 months of wearing , the left shoe was coming off inside the shoe area. I have probably bought 6 pairs of the same shoes and have never had a problem. The clerk was sympathetic but the store manager was not at all. I told her that I was not looking for a free pair of shoes but possibly a discount of $20.00 on a new pair. She says she has no authority to do that !! Really !!!!! Wow , asked for and got her bosses business card. Terrible customer service. I could buy these same shoes at Famous Footwear or Kohl's.
