  • I left several items in the room when I checked out. Alexis Park security picked them up and put them in lost and found. I called and confirmed that they had all 5 items. ALexis Park then sent 4 of the items to me and claims to never have had the 5th item. Seems like their security team has some issues with honesty. On another note, our hot water was out for an entire day and the towels we ordered never showed up. We called the front 10 times over the course of 24 hours and never received towels.
