  • Fantastic last minute service! When another cab company failed to show up at the appointed time (and denied even receiving my booking), I went into full panic mode. I live in SOUTH south Chandler, and needed a ride to the airport ASAP. This was about 4 AM, and I knew it was unlikely that I would be able to get anyone to get to my house quickly. I called Discount Cab, and the dispatcher assured me they have cabs in all parts of town, and she'd have someone enroute within 5-10 minutes. Sure enough, I got a call back a few minutes later confirming that a driver was on the way. A couple minutes later, to my astonishment, he was in my driveway. I was so relieved and grateful. The driver was courteous, professional, and drove safely. I felt that the fare was reasonable-- at least on par with the amount other companies charge for the same trip. I made my flight with time to spare. I have used them once since then, and have been equally pleased with the service. I will definitely use Discount Cab again.
