  • Displeased with my visit today. The employees are courteous but I am being charged for a pressure test i didn't need. I specified upon arrival that I knew exactly where my coolant leak is. Also a charge for another $15 for shop supplies which is an obscure charge that they said "every shop charges." The test was reduced from $35 to $25 after I asked about it. The hose is $42.58 and the labor is $104.73. I know it is a business but $195 total for a simple hose replacement is absurd in my opinion. And this is with us using my coolant and distilled water that I already had in the car. Update: upon check out the invoice was edited and the $35 test had been removed but replaced with a "vehicle Inspection labor" charge of $19.99. I did not ask for an inspection but at least that reduced the price. I then used the Yelp 10% discount ($19.38) and paid $173 total.
