  • I guess Outdoor Xscapes doesn't want my money. I found them at the Home and landscape show at the end of April, at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. I left my name and # and they reached out to me fairly quickly. But actually getting them to come out to my home - wow. They cancelled on me last minute twice - pushing out the appointment 2-3 weeks. Ashton came out to my property on 5/18 and we talked and he gave me some ideas and he said he'd draw up a plan and get me an estimate 2 weeks later. I called them two weeks ago and Ashton said he'd get me the proposal that following Saturday. Two weeks have passed by. I called again earlier this week and the girl answering the phone said she'd get in touch with Ashton and she'd get back to me. No call back. This would've been around $8k job - maybe that's not big enough of a job for them. But it's a lot of money to me, and my time is money. Please don't waste my time. Based on the previous reviews here (I wish I would've read before pursuing them) I will not be calling them anymore. What a waste of time. Their customer service (or lack of) leaves a lot to be desired!
