  • I am sorry to have to write this review because the staff is very professional and nice. The entire property is run down with trash in the rocks behind the AC units, sliding screen doors falling off, missing smoke alarm in room, holes in the curtains, and a bad stench on the first floor. We booked two nights in a pet friendly room and it smelled so bad I had to go buy cleaning products and a mop to mop the floors. The room still smelled horribly so we cancelled our second night. After a refund I received additional charges to my credit card a month later that I am currently contesting with my credit card company after calling the motel directly and being reassured it was a mistake. Again the staff here is exceptional and friendly but the facility is below standards.
