  • Reviews generally look good. It is too bad phone rep could not answer any questions. All she could say was that we need to get an inspector out there. Not sure I won't give a try, but I am now shopping around and hoping that I can get a question or two answered before committing to having someone visit the house. Lesson learned for Action Termite Control: Be able to give customers a bit more information when they call you.
