  • Straight (yes, it's a gay bar called Straight. So hilariously ironic, non?) has proven itself over the last few years as being consistently fun, attracting the best looking boys and a few girls from all over. It can be a little busy and has an odd layout spanning several floors, but I quite enjoy that as it lets you escape people you want to escape, and find (new) people who should be found :) My only grip with the layout is the lack of toilets plus the addition of a toilet attendant on busy nights - I can wash my own hands, thank you. I don't need to pay you a dollar for the pleasure. Cute bar staff (say hi to cutie Shawn) plus great weekly nights from Charles Pavia entitled "Fashion Fridays" and the Eva Christina crew on holidays makes Straight a sure fire fun night out - usually best as your last destination or before you head to a club.
