  • Worst experience! Not even worth one star!! I don't usually write reviews but I had to write this one. Paid $30 for bio gel. No manicure was done, the nail tech started straight with just shaping the nail and file the top of the nails, did not sanitize my hand, did not push or trim cuticles. During application, the nail polish was not smooth, it had a wavy uneven texture base on what the nail tech said, the polish shrunk after drying. She still applies the acrylic gel to set the uneven polish as she explains she will fix it after. All she did was adding another thin layer of the nail polish on top of the acrylic gel, it appeared smooth but ended up peeling the second day after the application. By day three, three nails chipped/pealed, and a very obvious gap between the polish and the skin because she did not push back the cuticles to apply the polish close to the edge of the nail.
