  • I bought a pair of boots from this store for my daughter on 11/30/15 right before the store closed. We were helped by Breona, when asked about the return policy, we were assured returning them would be no problem if the boots were defective. On 12/26/15 we went back to return the boots because the soles we coming apart. Breona, the cashier that sold them to us told us "it looks like they've been worn" I explained they had, and that we had already had this conversation with her about returning them should they be defective and she did not seem to recall this conversation. She stood there pretending to read the return policy on the back of the receipt and I just patiently waited. Another employee said they looked like they were worn too much, later this same employee suggested we had cut the shoes apart. I dont know the sidekick employees name because she had no name tag and refused to tell me. As Breona kept me waiting a gentleman came up and asked what was going on? I explained the situation, and showed him the shoes he appeared sympathetic but clearly was not in charge. Breona exchanged the shoes after about 20 minutes. The shoes were 49.99 minus a 5.00 discount plus tax total price was 48.63. (original receipt #21386) My return receipt tatal was 44.99, with no tax on the return receipt. When I asked Breona why the totals did not match, she started yelling, I would even say screaming at me. My daughter was not having this, she let them know she has worked retail and have NEVER seen such unprofessional behavior. Once again the sidekick with no name, (she did have a tatoo on her wrist that read Nichol or Nicholas). Came over and joined Breona, I told her I wasn't talking to her and she threaten to come over the counter. At that point my daughter said they should be fired. Sidekick assured her she wouldn't be fired. We left the store and went to your store #92, where George not only apologized for how we were treated but also returned the shoes. It is a sad statement for your company when Breona I believe her employee #113941 is the manager and her sidekick are what you choose to represent your company. I will never shop there and will be sure to repeat my experience every chance I get. Pictures in part 2 if this review.
