I use to come here when I was a teenager, and I recently made the trip back here and it did bring back memories for me.
The menu is simple and is only comprised of a front and back of a menu. It's filled with simple American dishes that can fit nearly anyone's taste. The items on the menu are relatively cheap compared to other restaurants out there now, and so I couldn't argue with the prices. My recent visit, I got the chicken parmesan while my mom got the salmon. Both items came with a salad. I would recommend asking for dressing in the side because it was just globbed on my salad and it was a lot just concentrated in the middle, so that wasn't fun. The chicken parmesan was quite delicious. The pasta was cooked well, the chicken was delicious, and the garlic bread was good. My mom's salmon wasn't as lucky, for it was a little dry and the green beans that it came with weren't that great.
The service really sucked when we went. It was understaffed for dinner and the place was almost completely full. When I had a general question that anyone in the restaurant could answer, I tried to ask someone who wasn't my server and he rudely told me that he wasn't my server and he can't help me. That's a no-no in my book.
Their food is cheap and you can get lucky or unlucky depending on what you order. Try not to go during peak hours and the service will be more than adequate.
