For a room this close to the Strip that's often only around $30 on slow weeknights or $45-50 on slow weekends, this is pretty reliable.
Expect basic as it gets, like Motel 6 pre-renovation, but they actually seem to focus on tourist business and keep the place up decently. I've stayed in like five different rooms over the course of last year and every time you walk in to the smell of fresh linen and the room is reasonably clean all around. Nothing suspicious on the beds, they actually look fairly recent as do the pillows.
Hodgepodge furniture and varying CRT TV sizes are kinda a random draw but just for a one night cheap sleep, everything has always worked out for me so far. One downside is you'll only get in-room WiFi if you're close enough to the lobby or pool. Great desk staff though, always been reasonably quiet when I've stayed (again during low-traffic times, don't expect NYE to be quiet). Also have hand soap dispensers and body wash / shampoo dispensers in the shower ... that's a first for any type of motel/hotel I've ever stayed at! They take decent care of the place, it's definitely well above the flophouse tier of motels.
