My vet emailed an rx to them. When I called them the next day, they had no idea about the rx, who I was or my pet's name. Completely blank. I also tried reaching out to them online and they closed the inquiry saying they knew nothing about anything. Assuming my vet hadn't sent them the Rx, I emailed my vet asking him to send it in. He replied with a copy of his correspondence from them, including both the Rx and their response.
It took me the better part of two hours on the phone and being a real pest with my vet whom I really like very much. I have yet to receive my Rx and will update this review with that info. However, my review stands. They can not be trusted to take a prescription accurately without "losing it". And for a pharmacy, human or animal, that's an extremely serious indictment.
