| - "The Best Party Ever" is certainly not what we experienced. We were in Las Vegas for a wedding, and we signed up for the crawl, thinking it would make a great bachelor/bachelorette party. It began at Planet Hollywood in the tequilla bar where we checked in. Our group of six was the third group to check in. It was very obvious that one of us was getting married the next day. Drink orders were taken at other tables, but we were ignored, the servers never even stopped by our table. Finally we had to go to the bar and order, and by then it was on to the next nightclub. Snacks were supposed to be served, but we never saw any.
The second nightclub was not what I would call a nightclub, but a dive bar hole in the wall (still in the same casino, but a long walk). There was no need to worry about a cover charge, but this place didn't charge a cover charge, plus the Worldcrawl group were the only patrons in there (everyone had a nametag it was easy to figure that out). At this point I was wondering what happened to the so called 'party bus'? Once again the customer service was non- existent, the two guides also did a terrible job, and failed to ensure everyone was participating and having a good time. I'm guessing their job was only to hold up the sign when it was time to hop from one club to the other, because that is all they did, instead of ensuring everyone was either being served or had a drink in their hand, or participating in beer pong. They did not include our group in any of the icebreakers or party games, and other people were left out as well. We had yet to see any snacks too.
And onto the third nightclub, the Koi. Still in the same casino, still no party bus. Part of your promotion is no waiting in long lines, better than VIP treatment, and no cover charges. We had already paid $45 per person. Now we were extorted another $20 per person as an entry fee/drink band. We were still charged for our drinks. We were in the so called VIP room, all the tables were empty. For some reason everytime we sat down at a table we were bumped from it, and it was just our group of six people being bumped. This happened three times until my friends went to the outside area of the lounge. They were bumped a fourth time when my husband and I were getting charged at the bar for a cola and a beer. We were told we were bumped because the tables were getting bottle service (which was never offered to us) yet surprisingly none of the patrons at the tables we were bumped from had bottle service, or not even pitchers of beer. By now our hosts/tour guides were no where in sight, they disappeared as we waited by the entrance for a good fifteen minutes as everyone paid the $20. They were also no where in the VIP room or near the bar. Also one member of our group was at this point turned away for a dress code violation, where it had been fine at the previous two nightclubs and the hostess/guides also said his shoes were fine, but as I already stated, they were no where around as we entered the Koi.
At this point my husband and I gave up. We still had yet to be informed of where the so called party bus or what nightclub it was taking us too. Other people on the same tour with us also had the same question, but there was no one to ask.
I travel to Las Vegas several times a year for business. I've never had any of these problems at any of the clubs when I've gone out with business associates. It was only when I went on the crawl with Worldcrawls. I've never had a problem with food or drink service, and have been to many places in Las Vegas, including nightclubs that are actual nightclubs. I've been back several times and will be again. I will not be using your company's club crawl, nor will I suggest it to anyone who asks what to do or wants to hit the clubs. It is just a shame that your company takes advantage of tourists that are there to have a fun and enjoyable time. If it was my first time traveling to Las Vegas, the experience would certainly make me not want to return. It was the first time for three members of our group, and they were very disillisioned of what they thought a nightclub experience in the casinos should be. Thankfully we had several more nights there and they were able to have a better experience on their own. I am thankful we did not sign up for the two night or week long pass
