  • Our first appointment we made for them to come to the house they had to reschedule for whatever reason last minute. Then when they did come the next day they didn't have all the materials to complete the job, not too happy, but what they did do came out great. We gave them another try with our new vehicle and this time I had to go to their location. When I got there no one was there and when I called it seemed like they totally forgot I had an appointment that morning. When they showed up it was about 30-40 passed out appointment time so my vehicle didn't get started till about an hour later than planned. They told us it would take about 2 hours to do everything. After leaving and coming back the job still wasn't complete. Four hours in total had passed before the job was done and I wasn't very happy. I requested a deal since they were late and took so long and they were more than happy to oblige. Not the most punctual or on top of it, but they do good work and try to take care of their customers.
