  • I am a new customer to Meineke I called yesterday made a appointment to come in today at 730am. Was there at 730 sharp when I checked in told Rob my name and I scheduled a appointment he said it would be a 1 and a half hour wait still. I then asked what is the point then to schedule appointments. He said he can't help if walk ins come in Walk ins you open at 730 and i was there at 730. Then he pointed to the garage and cars. I asked you corporate number and left. I should of never tried these people but I received a flyer in mail and it is across the street from my house. Terrible customer service busy people make appointment apparently this means nothing to Meineke and Rob. If you have time to waste then go visit them
