Computer for sale via website and ordered online. 11 days later still no computer. "Backordered". Which evidently means, "We don't know when/if it will arrive". Visited store twice and they can only look up status online, which I have done already. Pointless. Asked if I could get similar computer that is in store, but they can't do that either. Asked how long a refund would take. 4-5 days. I also used Best Buy e-gift cards, and they could not tell me how those would be refunded. Called their 800 number and spent half hour on phone and got the same non-information. FAIL. Complaint filed with Nevada Consumer Affairs Dept.
