  • This company offered us an initial service for a set price. It seemed to make sense, it was easy, good price initially it seemed and they seemed to have a good offering going forward. In the end, we had services we never asked for and billed for. Most times it was incomplete, left out the backyard, side yard or did not provide a service as agreed on (example: aerating only in the fall, and they showed up mid summer). When we tried to clarify what we agreed on, or to solve an issue, we found we didnt get called back by the manager, or didnt get an email response from the dr green website. My neighbour used them a couple years earlier, and cancelled using their services for the same reason. This is a consistent issue with Dr. Green from other people that use their services. While our lawn did get better, its not worth the frustration.
