  • What? An airport coffee shop that doesn't open until 7:30 a.m.? Who do they think their customers are? There are early flights going on and the terminal was packed. We were rudely told that they weren't open yet. One employee tried to answer our question on where we could get coffee now instead of waiting for them to open, but the manager yelled at her and said she needed to stock the shelves instead. Definitely not customer friendly.
