  • I have never written a review for anything before. So this has to tell you that Duramend is a very special place. Especially bad. I wish I can tell you that the organization was bad. But I can't, there was no "organization" at all. I explained to employees the work I needed to have done. They didn't relay that to the office thus delaying my upholstery project by a week. On top of that they call me Friday at 4 PM before holiday weekend to tell me it was done which meant I couldn't pick it up until Tuesday.In conclusion they do good work but very unprofessional business for top dollar pricing.
