I haven't had the chance to take my dog to a groomer's for a while and since my dog is a maltese, she needs to be brushed everyday...if you're working 45-50 hrs a week you hardly have time for yourself let alone sitting around brushing a sensitive dog. Maybe that's why I needed a professional???
so I consulted yelp looking for a convenient location and good reviews..BOY was I disappointed with this one. First impression in a business is EVERYTHING.
I should have known my experience with this place was not going to go well with customer service (which btw some advice to the OWNER, it's quite VITAL) since I felt really rushed making the appointment. when I walked through the door, no one greeted me. it was I who had to greet them??? I'm assuming I was speaking with the manager or owner since no one else took a stance to take care of me. Instead of trying to listen to me he takes a look at my dog and cries OH MUFFIN. Um, I'm not sure if you realize that it's ME paying YOU the 42 regretful dollars on my 4lbs dog. You're damn lucky I'm nice enough to even give you 5bucks for tip.
Oh, did I mention he quoted me a 'couple hours' and that it won't take 'too long'...i come back 2 and a half hours later and he tells me that it won't take 'too long' again...it took them a total of FOUR hours. and seriously, I'm not sure if they were stereotyping me for whatever reason because I'm Asian but you really need to work on your customer service. WHENEVER ANYONE walks into your store you greet them with a smile and say HI HOW ARE YOU.
