  • Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The staff and manager at this Chandler location go far above and beyond any Enterprise rental property I have ever encountered. I reserved a van for use while my daughter and 4 grandkids were visiting. While it wasn't required by them to fulfill, I asked if we could possibly get a van with a DVD player. When I arrived, it was ready and waiting. The check out and check in were both seamlessly easy and the manager went above and beyond by offering me a discount when I discovered the certificates I had for a discount were not valid. It's so refreshing to find a company that provides excellent customer service and truly seems to care about their customers.
