  • I've used this facility before in the past, went today to re-rent from them and had the worst experience . As I walked in the door I was greeted by a woman with blonde hair (no name tag) who asked how she can help me. I need to rent a storage unit, just curious as to your current specials as the sign out side reads 50% off 1st & 2nd month 5x5 & the 5x10 units. I was then asked to fill out a a paper including my first, last, address,phone,email,zip, reason for this, marketing and prices I was told. No thank you I don't wish to give you my information unless I rent from you, she then refused to give me any prices or information ...because I didn't give you my address. There are plenty of other storage facilities within 2 miles I will take my business elsewhere.
