  • I booked a room for my son's birthday. I called about a week before the reservation and was quoted a specific balance. When we went to check my son in, they asked for a higher balance, and wanted to charge my card an additional balance, which of course they hadn't informed me of. I asked the clerk to speak to her supervisor, she refused. She was totally rude. I would NOT recommend this place at all.
