  • I'm so surprised at the reviews on here. I had a pleasant experience with Helena, who I met at the Distillery District Wedding Open House. Ecostems is the preferred supplier of the Distillery District so we (not knowing much about flowers) went with them for our wedding. During our consultation she was great and put us at ease. She wasn't pushy or tried to get us to agree to arrangements/things we didn't like. She understood what we wanted and in that regard she delivered. Closer to the wedding day we were more in contact with Joe than Helena (I think she had left for her well deserved vacation by then). Joe was not the devil man that most of these reviews portray him as. While he definitely did not give us the same level of friendliness and service as Helena, he did his job. I was pretty miffed at the extra costs that were tacked on as the big day approached and I wish they had told us all of that up front but overall I was pleased with the service I received. My bouquet, centerpieces and aisle decorations were great. My flower crown was beautiful.
