  • Technicians cannot figure out how to remove bridge! Stuck in the airplane for 40 mins without ETA, and plane is to leave 1hr after original time of departure. Who cares how many ports they have at this airport and how fancy the floors are if planes can't leave on time because of something totally foreseeable (like... Always always always the bridge is moved before plane leaves... Because plane won't fly with the bridge attached to it.) On a separate occasion, flight was delayed and they didn't board until 30mins past original boarding time. The display boards did not reflect this delay. Just... Nothing. Nada. Also the idea of not even having trash bins in the washing area of restrooms is just stupid. If you ever use a single blotting paper here you gotta walk back into a stall to throw it away.
