I bought a white blazer specifically for a trip. Unfortunately I didn't get to wear it because a bottle of self-tanner spilled in my suitcase during the flight, leaked out of the plastic ziploc bag and through the garment bag "protecting" my brand new white blazer. It left not one but two HUGE orange puddle-like stains on the back of the blazer. Each of the stains were about the size of a softball and had seeped completely through the material. I was ready to drop $100 to buy the same blazer again (because that's how much I loved it), thinking there was no way it could be salvaged. However, I decided to take it to a dry cleaner, just in case. Worst case scenario - and most realistic, in my mind - was that they wouldn't be able to get the stains out and I'd have to buy a new one. I took it to Delia's because it was the only place near me that was open on a Sunday. I came back two days later, mentally preparing for the worst. They brought out my blazer and the stains were completely gone! Not even a hint of orange on the white fabric! How did they do that?! Miracle workers.
