  • Super disappointed with this location. Love that this location has a drive thru, which makes it really easy to grab a coffee and go. During my recent visits I was extremely disappointed. The baristas and cashiers are lacking on the job. The cashier got my order wrong, I ordered a Grande but she entered a tall. I asked for the tea latte to be substituted for a black tea base instead of the regular rooibos tea not sure if she input it or not. But when I got my drink from the barista, the drink was a tall, the cup was sticky. The tea base was not black tea. Additionally, the presentation of the latte was horrible, looking nothing like the advertisement. It did not have the blooming rose topping. Moreover, I also ordered a Strawberry Acai refresher in venti. When I got my drink, it was not full to the rim. It was about two inches from the rim. I felt like I got scammed. It was pretty much like getting a Grande for the price of a venti....
