  • AWFUL!! STAY AWAY!! Nothing but trouble and lack of professionalism from DAY ONE!! The home was not ready when we were told it would be. The day we moved in the electrical shorted almost causing a fire in the kitchen...rather than truly address the problem for safety, they do the bare minimum. They change property managers every single week it seems and don't seem to find it important to notify you....we have had a maintenance request in for FOUR days for a leak in our sink...NOT ONE PHONE CALL has been received from them. I am on my 11th call to THEM to determine when someone will come as we can not use the sink. The repair work they have done on the home is below sub-par....they are cheap and refuse to invest at all in their properties....the WORST decision we ever made was renting through Invitation Homes....DO NOT DO IT!!!
