One thing is clear, these people don't know how to run a restaurant. We made a reservation for 9 on a Thursday evening and were surprised to find that we didn't need a reservation at all, the place was empty. Even thought we were nearly the only ones there, dinner, for which we only had one course, took 3 hours. The waitstaff, while not overtly rude, were unattentive and unapologetically uninformed about the menu.
The bright side: the food was great. We ordered a variety of entrees and everyone was very pleased with the quality and presentation of the food.
Three stars is honestly generous for this experience. But at least we all left full and satisfied.
