  • Everything was standard or pretty good. Large space with tons of stuff and the staff were generally nice and competent. However, I'm removing 2 stars due to one staff member. I was there for an eye appointment. There was one European lady there working in reception. She refused to speak to me when I said hi, ignored me through most of our interactions unless absolutely necessary. I nearly just walked out. She whispered though the store was loud with customer noise but would look pissed off when I told her I couldn't hear what she was saying. I don't know if she was having a bad day or if she just permanently has something stuck up her you know what... but I sincerely think that without this bad staff member this store would be much better off. Cut the dead weight drs Chung and Tse, everybody else was just fantastic.
