  • My husband and I just got done eating at My Mothers Thai Kitchen. Sorry to say it was a horrible experience. I bit down on a chunk of hard wire! I had chicken so I could understand a bone but I pulled out an inch long chunk of hard wire. When I brought this to their attention they offered us a 20% discount on our meal. We asked several times how a chunk of wire could end up in our food and they simply said "cleaning". We ordered one lunch meal to share and our waitress recommended to spend the extra money to get the dinner portion to share. We received 1 small bowl of rice and based upon looking around the restaurant we still received the 'lunch' portion. Needless to say after I bit down on the wire I didn't eat anymore.
