  • I happen to be in the waiting room today when "David C" came in to Jake's. I believe if he would have started out his conversation to Bill with please let me know what repairs you find are needed so I can have you fix them before the form is filled in, might have gotten a response from Bill he was looking for. For decades our family has taken many cars, and referred several friends etc to Jake's and that is because, like most of the other reviews here, he operates the most honest, reliable, customer friendly auto shop I have ever been to. Bill always treats you with respect and care that he, and all of his employees would hope to receive themselves. I highly recommend Jake's Bethany Auto for any auto repairs, or warranty work that needs to be done.
