  • Went in for my grandmother to get checked out. The staff was nice but wasn't professional at all. Doctor left room in the middle of practice to take a phone call. Then after the appointment was over they put her in a brace however they put it on backwards (not very hard to confuse the part for the thigh versus the ankle part) and it caused her more discomfort. Very minimal instruction for what to do and no paper on the diagnosis or further instructions. The staff seemed more about leaving for the night than our needs. Do not recommend this place. (Not to mention I've had great time at other Ortho facilities and there's plenty of benefits just not happy with our experience here tonight)
