Love this hike! This is the only hike I've done at Red Rock and I love it so much it's the only one I ever do.
There's nothing like jumping and climbing on rocks to make me feel like a kid again.
You don't have to be in the best shape to get through it as well, just be prepared for some elevation. I recommend checking the weather before heading out and layering up just in case because most of the hike is shaded (which can get pretty chilly). Bring water and a protein bar to get through the hike.
Also if you wear any expensive rings or anything you might want to leave them home because you'll find yourself using your hands to climb on rocks during the hike and your jewelry can get scratched.
