The care my family and I have received here has been good...but, billing really is awful. I can't seem to access it on the website and currently by phone it takes a long time and I felt the representative was incompetent this time around. She couldn't even find a couple of the visits my son and I had which leaves me feeling like there's loose ends. However, the first time I called billing a year ago it was quick and easy. I'd love it if they rethought their billing set up and had effective staff in there.
Each time I've gone to statclinix for care I've been given sometimes better care than ER and primary care. It's usually no nonsense and effective.
