  • We rolled into Vegas Saturday evening (before new years) and needed someone to watch my 4 year old last minute. I literally had an hour to find someone, and after speaking to Tara for a few minutes, she called me back and secured Sandy to assist us. $45/hr - 4 hour minimum commitment and a fee for the last minute request. They prefer a 4 hour notice for setting up service. Sandy was SOOOOOOOOO NICE!!!! she came in and told us not to worry and to have a good time, and to come back whenever. We took her suggestion and had an awesome evening and came back in the wee hours. The next day we asked him how everything went and he said he had a good time and they watched a movie and she fed him. They run background checks on their staff - criminal/sexual offenders, etc etc etc. The hotel suggested we call the agency, which gives me some faith - I'd think if they had one or 2 customer complaints - or if children were injured on premises they probably would not be recommending them. There is an option for them to take your kids off property if you want to, they bring activities for the kids (I opted Sandy to not bring anything, since this was SUPER last minute and my son was content with what he had). Overall - great service, great last minute option, i felt safe to leave my son in care of a stranger, and for that stranger in be in my hotel room.
