"resort"? -hardly. it's more like a hotel on a golf course.
First of all, let's not talk amenities, as we must be checked in before enjoying such.
It took two and a half (i'll explain soon) attempts to check-in, with a half an hour wait each time. It really makes no sense that even a check-in took so long, seeing as how there were several staff members loitering the lobby.
I called the day before in hopes to guarantee an open room at the time of arrival - money wasn't an issue, and I offered to pay more for a longer stay so that we were accommodated appropriately. However, the terrible service was coupled with an unavailable room.
OMG, i just realized i'm making myself angry writing this review.

I'm DONE.
