Large and welcoming store. Staff greet you with a smile as you walk in.
I typically make a beeline for the children's section, where my young kids can play at the train table and explore the shelves in that area. There is a good selection of books, magazines, toys (e.g. I have been able to find Melissa and Doug water pen activity books here, whereas I haven't been able to find them in other toy or book stores), and unique "Canadiana" gift items, especially during the holidays.
Located upstairs is the usual Starbucks cafe in case you're feeling a little peckish. I just wish that there was a little more seating downstairs. Overall, a nice place to while away a few hours.
