  • Called for appt for estimate to repair our balcony deck, they said that I would have to wait a month because they were booked up because of the recent winds that resulted in high demand. I agreed to wait. This morning I was expecting them at around 8 am. At 8:21 AM they called me and said that they were short on estimators and would have to reschedule. I asked if they would come later this week and was told that it would be at least another 3 weeks. I said that I felt it hard to believe that they just figured out this morning that they couldn't make it for another 3 weeks. I had rearranged my entire day, and these folks didn't have the courtesy to call the day before. I can just imagine what they would pull if I hired them! These guys obviously don't give a damn about showing up or inconveniencing their potential customers!!!
