  • To be honest, I only went up the elevator and stepped inside. Why? Because they are closed from 12:30 am until 4:30 am and my layover is from 11:30 pm until 4:30. I only have a pass ( a card benefit) good for one visit. However, L. Moore at the concierge desk was quite helpful and told me where to find a quiet area ( past the rabbit sculpture and behind the pretzels). And we talked about the San Francisco housing prices. Ms. Moore recommended I use my pass there as I have a three hour layover. So this review is only helpful, if you need to know it is closed.
