  • Customer service is non-existent. I took my truck in for an alignment and on my way home it was still pulling. I returned, they checked it out and said it was fine. I took it to Salem Boys Auto. They tested it and provided me with a print out of how off the alignment was. I had them fix it and at completion they provided me with another print out of the alignment. I returned to Taylors to discuss the issue. Todd refused to look over the paperwork or discuss my concern. He also refused to refund what I paid them. I do NOT recommend Taylors Auto Repair!
