  • Just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon for highlights. Made an appointment at Bellissimo and had Erica as my stylist. She was super nice, but was more interested in selling me product than doing my hair. After 3 hours, I was finally done! Went home and was looking and my roots were still dark. Mind you, I have light hair to begin with, and I add blonde highlights. I called and and expressed my dissatisfaction. Erica asked me in for a consultation. I popped by and she told me she gave me exactly what I asked for. I told her I have been getting highlights for years and have never been given dark roots. She told me she could put some color boost on but it would cost me an additional $30. I had already paid $140. I made an appointment, but the lack of professionalism and inexperience, made me not show up! My trip to Bellissimo was a bad experience and I will never go back...ever!!!
