This is like many of the rest of the Tim Horton's, though some are better than others and most better than this one. The staff are not friendly here. The service is bad. Unfortunately, the Tim Horton's monopoly on the hearts and minds of all Canadians allows people to forgive dirty bathrooms, rude service, long air-polluting waits in drive thrus and litter all over the neighborhood that they would not accept from a struggling mom and pop or a neighbor next door.
I realize it is an enviable position to be in when you do not have to care about anyone or anything and can still control a market with only tv commercials, caffeine, and sugar. This is this place. I can only appeal to the mercy of the Tim Horton's god for meaningful change. Not likely.
