  • Today was the last day I visit this location. As many of the other reviews say, their appointment schedule is a pain. You cannot schedule an appointment the same month. If you have to reschedule your appointment, they push you back another month which makes its hard to have a great laser experience. Not only that, they still charge you for the months you don't even have an appointment for! Today I was scheduled for a full body laser treatment and was told By the technician that it was a mistake that I could not get everything done in one session, then why schedule me this way then!? I now have to wait another 5 weeks to be treated for these other areas. Not to mention, the girls here rush through the treatment and are not friendly. I once got treated by a girl from a different location and I saw the difference in how they work. She took her time, was thorough with the areas and engaged in conversation. I called corporate and I am now switching locations.
